It is very important that you keep all your Unaddressed mail Items, enter items as normal during the week then on the Monday the following week please return it back to us in envelope provided. Please do not forget to apply the sticky label on the item (with your panellist id and week on with the item was recived) before returning them to us.
Looks like some will have to do more than others for there £5 voucher.0 -
I'm quite new to this but already I have received quite a few addressed items. Do I need to keep the envelopes or just the smarts?Tink0

Just the SMARTS, dispose of any paper and envelopes, recycling where possible of course!0

Aargh am fuming today. I've been doing this for years but was "rested" for 12 months and have just started actively posting. Today I received an envelope with a post it note on the front detailing the date, time and post office. So for someone elses errors I'll probably be chucked off again as postie realises what I'm doing.
sorry for the rant but had to get it off my chest. Hopefully I'll be allowed to stay but not fair when its someone else that can't do it properly.0 -

Do you think your postie cares and would report it? (if they even know about the surveys)0 -

TBH, I think it would be worth while TNS throwing a few 'test' addresses in. That way they could keep an eye on the survey and make sure this does not happen by informing who is doing it.0 -

OK - this shouldn't happen, but let's get a sense of proportion. In 99.9% of cases, notes of posting times on envelopes are going to mean nothing at all to anyone except the person sending the letter and the person receiving it. Nobody else is going to notice it, let alone know what it means (they don't have the time or the inclination).0 -
I've just received a brown A4 envelope with one smart...I've been on holiday...and the insert says "after checking & recording info, put insert back in envelope and return to Research International"...not had this before. There is no return address on the envelope and I'm not going to pay postage for it...should I chuck it?GC - Oct £36.17/£31

Yes, hold onto SMART as usual, then shred other stuff or whatever, no need to return - think it is just old stationery! HTH0
