Yea it was myself that posted the query recently. Thanks, that's good to have that clarified. Funnily enough I've just prepared some smarts to send off today. There were eight in total but I had two return envelopes so just split them as I wasn't sure."...and in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make".0 -
I seem to be getting quite a lot of unfranked stamps through these past few weeks... A £3 one on a packet today!Because it's fun to have money!
£0/£70 August GC
£68.35/£70 July GC
January-June 2019 = £356.94/£4200 -
Got my pack today and it still had the two stickers with my address on. They will come in quiet useful for offers that require an SAE.0

I know this may sound daft but I have just discovered 2 sticky labels with my name on, what do I do with them are they meant to be put on any of my envelopes, help!:eek:0

Use the one SMART you have for the first item to be posted - but check that that is what the online system allows you to do.
You may find other SMARTs turn up in the post before you have to send the other items. Use any of those as long as the online system supports it.
In earlier days, if you didn't have a SMART available you could select that none was included with the posted item (I think also selecting an option that the reason was none was available) and then post on the appointed day. I believe you will now find that the training material now tells you to wait until you do have the right SMART.
Have another look through the online training material. It may make more sense to you now than when you first read it! (I think it would to me.)0 -

Thanks, this is what I've done with the one SMART I have. I will just be patient I suppose and see if I get any more through between now and next Tuesday (when my next letter without a SMART is due to be posted).
There is a option for "none added" on the site, I did check the drop down box, so I can always use that if needed I think!0 -
I'm almost always short of SMARTS when my posting pack for the next week turns up at the moment, assume its due to summer holidays as I'm receiving very few items from other panellists compared to a few weeks ago. Kantar have been sending me extra SMARTS most weeks but they usually arrive later than the posting pack - they do email once they have sent them but I'm finding the SMARTS arrive before the email does, which is pretty typical for Kantar2020 Wins:

When I login to the site (using Internet Explorer), I'm first taken to the message which says,It is important that you include a SMART in items that your online posting schedule asks you to.
If you do not have a SMART in stock at the time, please wait until you receive one direct from TNS.0
