I have just received the performance email too, and I have phoned them and they did say it is a emails
that is sent out to all, and there is no problem on my account
This is only my second week and you tend to take things
a bit personal when they send these out, but all is well

You'll soon realise how appallingly inefficient TNS are pretty much all the time - it fits in well with Royal Mail itself, and that way they get on well together.

Thanks, by the way, for all your constant good work on the daily newspaper thread. :)

Just got another email saying the first Performance one was a mistake!
  • I got the Performance emails too.

Second time this has happened, I got the other lot too about not entering data correctly!!

Think someone at TNS needs to stop being trigger happy!

I got two e-mails, with the first telling me I hadn't entered stuff (because I never received it) and the second the same with the Error message at the top.
    Not impressive.

OK, yes that's what I got.

    How very dare they...! ;)
Looks like they will be getting lots of emails then. I've just emailed saying if I haven't entered it, its because I haven't had it. Cheeky beggars.

Just been sent the same email, really cross!

To be honest I'm really not enjoying doing this any more. I've just started again after a six month break and keep getting asked to post more and more things, loads of parcels too.

I'm also getting at least 10 items to record a week too. They seem to be really asking a lot now for the few stamps they send.

I not happy either, I emailed them last week about the unaddressed survey which I was suposed to do 6 weeks of but stopped after 2 and they have not got back. I phones them this morning to sort it out.
I have had the emails as everyone else and other recent ones such as I have apparently been posting out of my area (which I haven't). I just want to finish. I am in my 7th month and I did mention this in the phone call but apparenty they have no-one to take my place (small postcode area).
My postperson has decided that he needs to take the packs to the sorting office every week even though I have left a message stuck to my front door telling them nicely where to put my parcel (safe place). I must actually be spending more in petrol than actually what I receive in stamps. I also don't use stamps very often so have a lovely collection now. I ewnjoyed it when I first started but I am bored of the emails telling me I have done something wrong when I haven't. It is time to quit.

It's the moderators job to decide whether posts to this forum are acceptable re confidentiality or not of the survey, I find the self appointed forum "police" who try and lay down their own "rules" for the rest of us to follow rather funny:rotfl::rotfl:

    not really
the forum will look at posts with regards to its own interests
not that of the survey company/RM
