You realise you have told them he doesnt follow delivery protocol?
In these circumstances, with items finding their way into the correct house, albeit via a slightly different route, with the consent and encouragement of the customer, I can't imagine they'd be bothered.
I certainly won't be letting them know about our postman signing Recorded and Special Delivery items for us, though!

well unfortunately thats not quite how it works in RM
if their face doesnt fit(regardless of quality of work) then they will be in hot water
delivery via windows is explicitly forbidden0 -
I got a tiny white hand written envelope (not the usual issue) last week with a smart & info page inside on which all the details said the item was one of the square boxes.
Guess that panellist couldn't be bothered to go to the post office!0 -

I'd be tempted to email and tell them but that's is just me. If you are going to do it properly you should go to the post office and post it and not take the easy way out.

You use the Smarts in your listed stock or as allocated online for the items you are posting.
They may send more for future weeks or you should receive Smarts in the envelopes you receive from other panelists. You record the Smarts received from other panelists when they arrive and they get added to your stock. Not all Smarts you send out to others will have been received direct from TNS. Eventually you are likely to find that those you receive as part of the survey keep you supplied.0 -

I've got 8 to post next week - first time I've had that many to do. Hope it's not a sign of things to come. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
