Advice please I have just received a brown envelope with a white
sealed envelope inside with a smart inside it, and nothing at all on
    the front
A sheet of paper stuck inside the brown envelope with my address
on it and underneath my add it says there are no characteristics to
check, please ignore q7 on the receiver form, but there is nothing
so would I assume that this could be just a spare smart to add to
stock, this is only the first mail to me week finished and I thought
It all seems easy but then some things do not always seem to add
    up and make sense
Perhaps this is just the old stationery they are using up as some
Writing on it says a test item that needs to be returned to them
with envelope next Friday together with any other test mai
Thank you for this useful site it is proving to be very handy

Is there a 4 number code on the letter which starts with an 'R'? If so then just log it on the system as per the normal instructions.

No it as nothing on it just TNT post and on the back the
Return to if undelivered is West Bromwich so it must be
From them, Maybe I should wait a few days and see if
the smart is added to my list as they did say they would
send me some out for stock and I got 3 the other day
    Thank for reply

The 'R' number would be on the sheet which was stuck inside, probably near where it says there are no characteristics. If not as you say keep hold of it just to make sure that the Smart gets added to your list.

I recently completed the questionnaire for this and it said concgratuation I'm eligible but I never got a email or my stamps and details of what they wanted me to do.

What do I do now? Help!

You now have to wait for a space to become available in your area...this can take some time.when I applied it was several years but now as panelists are rotated its usually a lot quicker so you may get lucky and be contacted sooner or you may have to wait 6 months or so.

Prior to starting you will probably get a phone call to confirm if you are still interested in joining and from there you will be given further instructions.

I received the first of these cube box parcels today and the lengths my Postman went to get it to me made me feel rather embarassed as I knew it was a test one. :(

The route of his round passes my house to deliver then another 2 times quite near to it (either end of the street). Today I was out at the time of the original delivery so he went to the bother of checking the other two times to see if I'd returned to save him having to take it back and me get it re-delivered.

I did thank him for his trouble but I wish there was a way I could thank him via the panel. They need to add a bit where we can report outstanding work by a Postpeople! :)

My postie is awesome too - we have a stupid sized postbox so he chucks things through our tiny window instead. I tweeted the Royal Mail guys to tell them, and they said they'd pass it on to postie's boss :)

I got one of these too and thought it was strange it was in an envelope, but I just added it as normal to received mail.
