I am supposed to post a letter tomorrow but I am unable to due to an appointment. I read on their site that you can send it the following week but next week I am in France. Does anyone know what am I supposed to do and when am I supposed to post the letter?
It's more important to send it on the correct day of the week than time/place so couldn't you post it sometime tomorrow even if not exactly as requested.0 -
The May stamps were in my envelope with next week's schedule which came yesterday.
I wonder how long before they alter the value of the stamps they send because of the price increase. Just wish they would go back to sending all ordinary 1st class ones rather than the large ones or even some 2nd class ones.
I too got mine redagila in yesterdays pack. I have noticed that the packs are arriving later and later.... Now waiting for the resting email to arrive. The art is not in making money, but in keeping it!!!0 -
The letter has to be posted between 13:00 and 13:30, which is during my appointment.
That is such a small, precise window of time. When times are mentioned (rather than just "before last collection") it is usually before 10 am, between 10 am and 1 pm, or after 1 pm.
Are you sure that is the time?
Has anyone else had this small window?
Any way, posting on the correct day in a postbox in your home area is what is usually good enough if you can't meet their 30-minute slot.0 -

Like you I have never been given such a precise time for posting and I have been doing this for a few years now.
Seems very odd. Locally our post is only collected at the most twice a day and even then I have been told it all stays at the sorting office until the end of the day!0 -
Well today is a historic one - I've posted my last letter for them.
Now just have to wait to see if I do get invited back!0 -
