Hi all,
Ive just started doing this and sod's law just got a full time job:rotfl:, great will have to work around it.
I have a few questions as the survey site isnt very user friendly and confusing to newbies.
Now the stamps, are these all mine to keep or will I have to use them for the surveys?, the 2 envelopes come already stamped.
When they say post office they mean outside the post office into the box and not in the post office?.
Do I have to worry about a smart number yet?, Ive just stuck the sticker to both inside the envelopes paper where it asks for it but the codes on them two stickers are the same number.
Apart from the post box number, time and date of posting is that it?.
Thanks.0 -

The stamps they have sent you are your to keep. Everything you post post is already stamped.
When it says post office it means the box outside the post office if possible.
The numbers will be the same if you are just starting because these are your training letters. They are probably going to the same address back to them.
When you come to post them just make a note of the box number. Post at the time required if you can. If you miss posting the letter post it the same day the week after.

My next weeks list states I need to post a letter on Monday which I have not received yet. It needs posting by 1.30, which I won't be able to do as even if it arrives on Monday my post is never here before 2.30.
Has this happened to anyone else, and if so what did you do?
Thanks0 -

If you do get your items to send on Monday afternoon, then just post the test letter later in the day (what's most important is that it's posted before last collection).
If your items to post don't come in time, then just post it on the Monday after.0 -
Thanks Moi - appreciate your help.0
