Has anyone who completed the Correctly delivered survey got their reward vouchers?

I normally get mine two weeks after completion of said survey.

    Hi all,

Ive just started doing this and sod's law just got a full time job:rotfl:, great will have to work around it.
    Congratulations on the job

I have a few questions as the survey site isnt very user friendly and confusing to newbies.

Now the stamps, are these all mine to keep or will I have to use them for the surveys?, the 2 envelopes come already stamped.
All the envelpoes are already stamped so the ones in the book are for us to keep, they come on average every 4/5 weeks

When they say post office they mean outside the post office into the box and not in the post office?.
This one caught me as well, the post box outside of the post office

Do I have to worry about a smart number yet?, Ive just stuck the sticker to both inside the envelopes paper where it asks for it but the codes on them two stickers are the same number.
Don't worry about smarts yet, its usually after about 4 weeks of posting that smarts come into play
Don't worry about the codes being the same, my guessing is both letters are going to the same place.

usually with the first few weeks of posting your reciever is the kanter office
Apart from the post box number, time and date of posting is that it?.

Thats about it as you go along you set yourself up with 10 post boxes in your area, a mix of post offices and post boxes, you also need to check the last collection time, and the date of the collection.

When you enter your postbox in, - one of the questions will be something like
"do you agree with the last collection at 6.30pm", 99% of the time there be the same time as the box, but if it isn't you click no and you can then put the time in

    Thanks.

Have to apologise I am no good at quoting, so just went through your points, hope that helps. Once you've done a few weeks falls into place.

Can be funny when you start recieving magazines, at the mo i'm getting Pigeons fancier!! xx

Just a comment on mum2one's answers. You do not have to put in 10 postboxes - that is the maximum number you can list andonce on your list cannot be deleted.
I think it better to just add the postboxes as you find yourself using them just in case you find yourself needing to use one only occasionally. I still have less than 10 on my list and I have been doing these surveys for a few years now.

I applied to Royal Mail surveys a couple of months ago and was accepted. I received around four or five test envelopes where I had to remove 'R' numbered labels and send that back to the same place. For some weeks now though I've had no more mail and haven't heard anything from them. There's nothing in the online task schedule either. Anyone any idea what's happening? Do you think I'm 'out' of it now?

It sounds like you've been rested, from the sounds of it, they have a over allocate on the original tasks then reduce afterwards, it may that in the future you find a mailing.

It my be worth emailing them, quoting your ID number and asking, x

Thanks Mum2one, I've contacted them so hopefully should hear something back soon.

That is such a small, precise window of time. When times are mentioned (rather than just "before last collection") it is usually before 10 am, between 10 am and 1 pm, or after 1 pm.

Are you sure that is the time?
Has anyone else had this small window?

Any way, posting on the correct day in a postbox in your home area is what is usually good enough if you can't meet their 30-minute slot.

Yes that is the time - I did read it properly. There is only one collection of post from the Post Office near where I reside - in the countryside near a small village in Northern Ireland. The post is collected at 13:30 and the letter stated to post the letter after 1pm which gives me a half hour slot!
