Just received an envelope containing only a smart. Don't the posters read their instructions!!

I've noticed that I have received small white envelopes which have a perforation across the back just below the seal. Anyone else noticed these? One this week arrived with this peforation torn so could easily have disclosed the contents to the posties.

Doc N My thoughts exactly about informing the parcel side about holidays. With the technology around you would have thought all information would be linked.

    (1) Do email Kantar about it - the SMART code will identify the sender to them.

    (2) Yes, I've noticed those envelopes. Some seem fragile and have apparently torn a little, not completely, perhaps when being put through my door.

I think there would be few, if any, post boxes which would accept the boxes. Just take it to the post office counter. (I took mine to a sub post office. They checked that the postage was correct but didn't ask any questions.)

It's really called the Correctly Delivered survey, they invite you to them when you log in if they are wanting to do one in your area.

The surveys run for two weeks and you just have to log the amount of letters you get each day and if any aren't addressed correctly.

They then pay you a £5 voucher a week or so later.

i had one last week ...You have to hand it over the counter in the Post Office ...just tell them it already has stamps on it // prepaid ( if they ask ) just tell them it is something you need to send back ....DONT tell them you are doing post office survey
