I had an email, and it was also on the log in page, but I have missed out before as i've found the email but when logged in its disappeared off the site, so they must have filled in their numbers.

i've been waiting a while now for the £5 voucher for the correctly delivered survey , Are they late ? Anyone else had theirs promptly ?0

I've not had mine either & phoned up a couple of days ago- was told that they hadn't been sent out yet. They seem to be a bit more disorganised than before to me; things like not allocating me enough SMARTS to enclose, posting packs arriving at the last minute. However it's not going to affect me much longer, I got the "you're being rested in 5 weeks time" email0

However it's not going to affect me much longer, I got the "you're being rested in 5 weeks time" email
The main reason for the total disorganisation with these guys is probably a direct result of the 'resting'. I suppose it gives RM a greater spread, but it must dramatically increase the administration costs, and the chances of things going wrong as new people learn the ropes, only to be replaced a few months later when they've become proficient.0 -

I enquired about the voucher for Correctly delivered but had no reply yet. What sort of vouchers do they give? Specific shop? I participated in two weeks Correctly delivered so will they give £5 for each week?0
