I've been put off the survey after a couple of years as my work got identified by RM staff. I have a mountain of stamps now though.

Yes that is the time - I did read it properly. There is only one collection of post from the Post Office near where I reside - in the countryside near a small village in Northern Ireland. The post is collected at 13:30 and the letter stated to post the letter after 1pm which gives me a half hour slot!

I suggest if there is only one collection per day from the postbox it wouldn't really matter what time you popped the letter in it as long as it was before 13.30. as all post up to that time would carry the same postmark time.

No vouchers yet. But I did sign up to yet another one of these. Based on the last one I did, it usually takes upto 2 weeks after the end of the survey.

I've just received a test item which says I should send it (and the envelope) back to the survey people. I'm sure I read something here about those instructions being out of date, could someone please confirm for me?

Yes I was confused about that and sent them an email and the response I got was:

    Thanks for letting us know.

Please ignore this comment as it is no longer valid.

Once the item has been entered online. Please destroy the paperwork, keeping the smart for your stock.

    Regards,

    Hope this helps.

You'll all have had the email below, I'm sure. I wonder if it's ever crossed their inefficient minds to cross-link the parcels survey with the rest of the operation, instead of just taking the lazy option mentioned below?

I love the irony in an incredibly inefficient player like RM choosing a similarly-minded company to do its survey work.

Reminder to book your holidays NOW if you have any in June,
Please book these as soon as possible!

Please remember that if you have holidays in June to book them NOW!
Please give us at least 4 weeks notice so that we can STOP posting packs being sent to you but this will only reduce the mail that you receive in from others, it will not stop incoming mail.

You can enter your holiday dates via the website through the “Manage My Account” section.

When entering holiday dates please enter them from a Monday to a Monday.

Please note that if you have entered holiday dates on the on-line system that the parcels department will not pick up these dates, you do need to complete additional information forms which are sent in all packs.

Can someone tell me roughly how long it should take from doing the original survey to see if suitable until someone contacts you by email? I have been waiting almost 2 weeks now and wondered if they had changed their minds and dont need me - either way it would be nice to know

Hi Slm, I had the same issue so I emailed the survey people. This was the response:

    'Hello,

    Thank you for your email.

I can confirm that you have passed the ‘training’ stage of the survey and we are currently trying to find you a space within the ‘live’ survey. Once the space has been found you will start to receive items again.

    Regards,

    Postal Survey Team'

    Hope this helps.
