I have just emailed them, to be told that the vouchers will be sent out "this week".
They're normally a bit quicker though, aren't they?0 -
After hearing nothing from them re starting with them, i emailed them as suggested. They had not received my information. I have now redone the survey and they will apparently let me know when they can find me a space - think i may be waiting a while thoughMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

Have been doing the survey for a few months and have gradually been getting more post to send out and more for me to register as received.
Yesterday, I came home to a couple of correctly addressed pieces with SMARTs in them and a card frome the Post Office to say there was an item of post in an A5 Brown envelope that did not have the right postage on and I had to pay £1.50.
I drove to the Post Office and asked to look at the post before I paid up. As soon as I helt it I could feel the SMART inside (but obviously couldn't say anything to the staff!), so I asked if they could keep it a bit longer until next week as I didn't want to pay for "junk mail" which they agreed to.
There was no stamp on envelope at all - so not sure if it had come off or whether it had not been added.
I came home and tried to contact the survey people, but they were shut.
My question is as anyone had to send out an item with no postage on it as part of the survey? If so as members of the survey, do we have to pay out our own money to collect these items?
Today, my postman knocked with a box (got a bit excited as I thought it might have been a prize), only to find a SMART inside!
Luckily, I was in, otherwise it would have been another trip to the Post Office. It also was meant to have £2.20 postage on it, but it only had 20p on it and was not post marked. So surely this should not have been delivered?
Since starting the survey, I have received stamps, but nothing for the last month. I see people have mentioned Jubilee and Olympic stamps, but I have only received ones with trains on!
Any help with theses queries before I contact them on Monday would be appreciated.

I have been doing the survey for several years, and am sure that this is an error.
I would not pay, but phone Kantar when they open Monday morning, for advice on what they want you to do.Luckily, I was in, otherwise it would have been another trip to the Post Office. Again I would tell the helpline about this.Since starting the survey, I have received stamps, but nothing for the last month. I see people have mentioned Jubilee and Olympic stamps, but I have only received ones with trains on!
'Special' packs of stamps are not part of our monthly reward stamps, but are sent out randomly to some participants.
If you got the train ones then you are lucky - I haven't had any of these for ages.
I've lost track of when we're next due our monthly stamps - does any else know ?
