What annoys me is when they send you two smarts and when you log in you have to return one straight away.

    Hi Judex

The last ones came with posting schedule for w/c 30 April so I would expect the next ones to come with schedule for w/c 28 May or possibly a week later as they seem to be behind with everything at the moment.

Thanks - think you're right and they are behind as no stamps for me in w/c 28 May

As I understand it, there is no need to take items to a post office that will fit in a post box (you don't hand them over the counter in any event unless they are too large for a postbox) - one of my local boxes is outside what used to be a post office but the last Labour government kindly closed it, it still shows on the website as being a post office. I was informed that it was not necessary to take items to a post office unless they are large, the day of posting is the most important thing and the rest is pretty flexible.

I would contact Kantar by email about the item with no postage, I usually get a reply from them within a few days at most. Most people on here say its impossible to speak to anyone via the telephone helpline.

The number of problems with this survey is ridiculous, you would think Royal Mail would know when bank holidays are, but obviously their computer programmer is a complete idiot - if my online Hotmail calendar can show UK bank holidays then I see no reason why the survey software should not take account of this. I've also had late items that could not be posted in time - which is how I found out about the day being more important than anything else, post it the same day next week is the answer I have had to these queries - those who receive stuff whilst on reported holidays should do the same but put in an email complaint to Kantar about it.

I've never noticed people on here saying that  In my experience, the people on the helpline have always been accessible and very helpful.

The only thing I recall mentioned here is people calling outside office hours when the hotline is closed and understandably getting a recorded message asking them to call back when it is open.
Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.

I rang this morning about the queries I posted earlier and got the recorded message. I was going to ring back later, but within 30 minutes, someone from Kantar had rang me as m number had come up with trying to contact them today. This is the 2nd time I have spoken to them and both times they have been very helpful.

In response to my queries, I should not have received a card to say there was another postage paid and they said the postage had either come off or they had not put it on in the office and the person sending it out had not informed them. She is sending me a pack of 6 1st class stamps which will more than cover the cost and asked me to send the card to the Royal Mail with £1.50 worth of stamps on it, so that they can send the item on to me save me driving to the Sorting Office again!

I also mentioned the box that came the following day that was meant to have £2.20 worth of stamps on it, but only had 20p and no franking. She was surprised about this and said it sounded very strange.

I've just received a smart in separate envelope although I already have 2 spares in hand but I am off on holiday for 2 weeks next week.

Who wants to bet all 3 will appear on Thursday for return!
  • Ive had an email this morning to say I will be finishing in 5 weeks time and will most likely get an invite to rejoin in 5-6 months time. This has come at the perfect time for me as the kids will be on school holidays when I finish so no more planning everything round the posting schedule. Overall ive enjoyed doing this and now have a large stamp bundle which will last me forever!

I have just filled in the survey for the 2nd time. Both times it said I was suitable, so I'm hopeful that I'll get in this time. :)

I've just had next weeks pack come through, 2 things to post on the same day at a post office, one between 10 & 1 and the other after 1! Seriously Kantar start being a little more realistic with your requests if you want us to properly follow your schedule.
