Have you not recieved any SMARTS in the letters sent to you from other panelists ... Smarts are not usually sent in your weekly posting pack

None recently, I would use them if I had

I've had SMARTS sent in my weekly posting pack in the past as well as SMARTS received from other panelists but they were all allocated over past weeks already. I've had no new received letters containing any, there are no SMARTS in my list of SMARTS in stock section. I now have none of the 5 SMARTS required for the outgoing letters - have had to send them with none in for the ones I've already had to post.

Well, this weeks items to post failed to arrive, and looking at the diary online, I have things I should post next week and they haven't arrived either. It is only this post I am missing, I thought something else was, but that was from Santander and, typical of their customer service, they just hadn't bothered posting it so a quick firework up their bum meant it arrived today!

I get the feeling I will be permanently stood down as the packs aren't arriving. I hope not, but what else can they do - unless they aren't posting them, although the lady said they were.

This happened to me last month, I hadn;t received any posting for thre weeks in a row, I 'phoned them and all I was told was 'if it hasn't arrived by Monday, assume it is missing'' 'I will put a note on your file''

Thanks Weegie. I am going to ring them again today and let them know that this week's post never arrived and next week's is looking a bit dodgy now too. Fingers crossed.

Don't despair sometimes my posting pack dosen't turn up till the Friday the week before, this has happened a few times.

Not had that happen before..as a pp says had a few smarts sent seperately in a envelope with a letter some smarts for you to use .. All you can do is either email / phone them and enquire or just click the boxes No smarts included ..

I am supposed to post a letter tomorrow but I am unable to due to an appointment. I read on their site that you can send it the following week but next week I am in France. Does anyone know what am I supposed to do and when am I supposed to post the letter?
