Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

I've only done 4 weeks and they are resting me (reason oversubscribed). Still have to do the correctly delivered surveys.

Tha pack never did arrive but I have had a few packs since then and have carried on as normal. They still show as outstanding on my posting plan but it doesn't seem to be a problem as long as you notify them.

The items that I was supposed to post last week never arrived, and the items that I am supposed to post this week have yet to turn up. I rang last week and I was told to ring back this week and confirm whether anything had arrived or not. I haven't had any stamps since the beginning of last month either, so I assume that they were in one of the packets that have gone astray.

ETA These were the first items that I had to post anywhere other than the office address.

I've received my first letter and smart from a panellist. Inside it says " after checking and recording the information below, please put this insert back inside the test envelope, before returning it to Research International "

I've recorded the information online but am a little confused as to what i now have to do with the smart and the piece of paper and envelope. Do I put everything back including insert and envelope into the smart return envelope.

You ignore the "...before returning it to Research International." All the stationary still says that, but it's no longer necessary. I assume they have lots of old leaflets/inserts etc. to use up.


• The SMART - you keep hold of it until either:
1- you or RI assign it to a test item you prepare to send on to another panellist.
or
2- RI specifically ask you to return it to them in a shiny envelope (on the homepage "Return Smarts to RI" would go red to alert you and list which one(s) you are to return).


• The envelope and insert - once you're sure you've checked all the info asked, you can throw away.

Update:
My pack has turned up!!! Was too big to post through the letter box and was at the sorting office. Found the card yesterday and picked up today. No May stamps inside tho so I guess they are maybe in next weeks.

I do wish they wouldn't send me so many shiny envelopes. I think I've received one every week since I joined a couple of months ago.

Does anyone know of an environmentally friendly way of disposing of them?

I did read online that if you have many of these you can send them back to them for them to reuse.

The May stamps were in my envelope with next week's schedule which came yesterday.

I wonder how long before they alter the value of the stamps they send because of the price increase. Just wish they would go back to sending all ordinary 1st class ones rather than the large ones or even some 2nd class ones.

^ I'd rather have that too though I have used a couple of the large letter stamps as I collect used stamps for charity and they are a bit bulky to post but on the whole I don't have much use for them!

I also got my May stamps yesterday - along with 5 letters to post next week!
Most of these requires SMARTS as do the letters I have to post this week yet I have been sent no SMARTS to include, I wish they would get organised and send us what we need when we are asked to use it..
