Yes kernalpop I had this happen to me a few weeks ago - I emailed them to explain that the posting pack hadn't arrived and they just said not to worry and that they would update their system accordingly.

Tha pack never did arrive but I have had a few packs since then and have carried on as normal. They still show as outstanding on my posting plan but it doesn't seem to be a problem as long as you notify them.

I had the same - I wonder if we've been entered into the prize draws or missed out as a result?

My latest problem is I haven't been able to post some letters this week and I won't be able to post several next week as they all require unallocated SMARTs and I don't have any! I assumed I would be getting loads of SMARTs in the post last week from other panellists, but it never happened - I thought it was better to hang onto my letters and post them when/if I got some SMARTs to put in, but maybe it's better just to post without (and say so when inputting my data), to avoid this build up of unposted items?

If I haven't got any smarts I just post without, and when it asks for the smart there is a option about no smarts available. x

What is a misdeliver survey please? I haven't come across them yet?

It's really called the Correctly Delivered survey, they invite you to them when you log in if they are wanting to do one in your area.

The surveys run for two weeks and you just have to log the amount of letters you get each day and if any aren't addressed correctly.

They then pay you a £5 voucher a week or so later.

i had been doing the surveys for about two months, then i got an e-mail stating that they were resting me, however on Saturday recieve items to post, olympic presentation stamps and usual stamps - so they must want me again, good timing what with the stamps going up so much.
Anyone else had this happen to them ?

either phone or email them so they have confirmation that you have not got your posting pack
...if you do recieve it during the week they advise you to carry on as normal or post letters the following week

You are entered into the daily draws by visiting the site daily to check and enter data, if you visit the site daily then you are entered for the next days draw regardless, this is so you don't gret penalised for things beyond your control xxx I know this as I queried once when I had a spell of not receiving items without R no's for a certain company that they said I should have done xxx
