Post #7197 is NigeWick asking (yet again) about Quentins cashback card so I don't see the co relation??

And this is from the person who knows it all and tries to humiliate others or even accuses them of being out of their depth.

    His halo is slipping methinks.:rotfl:

It would be interesting to know what kind of commission sales reps from the big 6 get for signing up a new customer. Anybody out there willing to tell us? I should imagine the sales folk are under immense pressure to sign up and meet targets, I wonder what happens if they don't meet these targets?

I worked in a sales office in a gym (for about a week!) and the pressure was awful if staff did not meet targets, they were cautioned, then had a final warning, then fired! Not a job I could do, and its hardly surprising that we hear so many tales of underhand practice from energy company sales people.

    Hi Janninenew

A friend of my eldest son went to work for a short time with a company before going to Uni. I don't think it was one of the big 6 directly. Instead I think it was an kind of agency contracted by one of them.

My son's friend was paid £40 per customer. Unfortunately he didn't last long. He didn't have a car and had to travel a long way. He was late one day so was summarily fired.

    I believe it's around £40 generally though.
  • must admit I'm curious about a card that gives more than 5% without having to tie in to a disadvantaged scheme to get any benefit.

Why not start a thread to ask? This isn't relevant to this one. (Or is this an assignment from Carmine's School of Diversion?)

    I get £3.50 if I get a sale - I think I'm still on single figures for 2009.

Obvious Keggs didn't edit the quote, that's all.

Remarkably defensive behaviour for a bunch who say they don't believe me. :rotfl:

    What pray is ‘defensive’?

The intent was to repeat the very remarks that you allege were libellous – to call your bluff. It also gives me another opportunity to point out the shortcomings of the survey.

If your post about being in contact with WHICH is true and they do peruse this thread, I suggest that they might be far more concerned about the widespread malpractice of UW IDs falsely claiming that Which have awarded UW a Best Buy recommendation.
  • Do you think we will get to see a pic of Cardew's little-used annex (tm) in the papers? :p
