Amazing, UW reps call it a loyalty bonus. One which shafts existing loyal customers, nice. Where is reality its a 'lock-in' bonus.

How does it shaft existing loyal customers? If they are happy with UW, then they still will be. If they aren't happy, then they are free to leave.
What is a "lock-in" bonus? From your previous post, you descibed it as an exit penalty, I thought a lock-in bonus would be the same as a loyalty bonus, or maybe it's just semantics.
