You know you are not allowed to advertise, so how would a member contact you direct?

Hi Jim
See what I mean. It is also ironic that you have been accused of advertising by putting the fact that you are a UW distributor in your signature, but the rules clearly state that distributors have to say so. So, it doesn't matter what we say or do we will always be wrong in the eyes of these people.
Question? Do UW customers have to indicate they are customers. No doubt if any come here who aren't distributors they will be accused of being distributors as well but are deliberately breaking the rules.
The truth is that these nayasers (I prefer a different word but etiquette prevents me using it) would like all happy customers and distributors to simply disappear so they can continue their vitriolic attacks on Telecom plus in the hope that anyone reading these posts will take notice and frustrate our efforts offline as well as online.
One particular individual has refused to answer Carmine's very reasobable request. I wonder why? Is there a hidden agenda? Who knows but I hope the 2 Alan & Charlton have noticed the refusal.
Best wishes

Can someone tell me why do UW still claim that they offer a Free Laptop when its not really Free,as the price is built into the package.
https://www.utilitywarehouse.co.uk/Home/broadcall/0 -
I agree jellygoodfellow. But it is legitimate advertising. Many companies do it not just UW. The actual cost of the laptop is a lot more than the inbuilt price so while it isn't really free it's not far off it - £120 compared to an original shop price of £400.
Can you honestly tell me that someone would prefer to pay £400 when they can get it for £120. They would also have to pay for Broadband on top. UW makes it easier for people with an all inclusive price - a common practice these days so UW is no different. Oh yes, they are required to take up an energy service. But so what? If people thinks the package is worth it then that's their choice once again. No one has the right to take people to task if they do choose this.
Best wishes

Hiya!
Thanks for asking I did the same thing but see now why its free when it looks like its not!
You need to look at UW laptop and the other broadband company that does a free laptop. With UW you get more for your buck!
Here are just some, the laptop the other broadband give "free" it was a HP is a lower spec than UW plus they only give 40GB UW give 60GB and also UW will give you a lifetime care plan wth the laptop the other I understand does not and asked for more cash if you want this!
So you dont look at the other deals UW do but what is on the market now
Does this help jellygoodfellow?:j0
