NOT what you have actually used then.
I am an Independent Distributor with Utility Warehouse and the views I express may not be shared by the company.
How many goalposts do you want to move? I'm actually paying in CASH for a predicted spend of £1345, which is what my predicted spend is, lord oh mighty. Which equates to 27670 gas and 4880 electricity. What do you want Nige? The last 20yrs of bills? I've given you a best predicted spend for the next 12 months, honestly mate I'm starting to despair.
Why are UW 19% more than my current tariff. Stop diverting the question and answer?0 -
Were you mislead by UW,s site where they compare UW d/d price against BT,s non d/d price.
See: https://www.utilitywarehouse.co.uk/Home/home_phone/homephone_info.taf
I wonder how many people have been mislead by UW not comparing like for like.0 -

Were you a BT Customer before you moved to Talk Talk, and is your phone line/ broadband unbundled with UW.
Hi,
Sorry maybe I confused you, but I have never been with talktalk. I use to be with BT about 7 years ago, I have been with UW ever since so i'm not tied in anymore.:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

Sorry to confuse you. I meant UW. But i dont know if you are aware that UW,s Unbundled Broadband/ Phone Service is Talk Talk rebranded.
Are you on a unbundled exchange do you know?
If your not sure enter your exchange here http://www.samknows.com/broadband/search.php

First thing is because your on a unbundled exchange BT may try to raise a connection charge. As you were originally with them this can be avoided. You need to ask them if they can do a Return To Doner transfer.
If they can it will be a 12 month contract. You can get your line rental down to £10.25p a month with inclusive 24/7 calls at £4.95 with this offer.£15.20p a month in total.
http://www.serviceview.bt.com/list/public/current/Notice09_boo/FrameworkImpl337851.htm#FrameworkImpl337851
The offer should be extended after 30/09/09. Its a 12 month renawable contract. But your be on a 12 month contract anyway, and you can give notice after 11 months to revert to a normal contract if you so desire.
They have also been known to offer another £24 credit off your first or second bill if you ask them.
If your interested dont call the normal BT number. I will post a number shortly.0
