A question(possibly for Quentin?) on post #1664 which gives a way of getting a cashback card from UW(if that is what you want) without paying extra for ALL UW services.

Everyone knows, or should know!, that UW charge more for their gas, electricity, Phone and Broadband than the prices available from other provider.

Now can anyone work out(especially for 1carminestocky) which of the 4 UW services would cost the least extra? Then money savers would be free to get cheaper deals for the other 3 services.

If the service costing the least extra was telephone or broadband, customers could still indulge in switching gas and electricity for cashback.

I'm sorry, jimexbox, you've totally lost me. Come again...

Sorry, I though you were questioning the veracity of the 'martini' video, and the UW recruitment techniques. I merely pointed out that part of the video resembled a pyramid selling scheme, otherwise know as 'senior executive gold'.

So is the video posted real, and if yes a fair representation of their sales techniques?

    There's no doubt its real.

    Here's a more polished offering:

I've made no comment on the video, jimexbox. Haven't even watched it. It was linked to by Quentin.

On my usage, all the 4 services I would take (NOT including any cashback) and at pre-decrease prices would come in at less per year than Websaver2 and your BT phone line/BB deal deal, Cardew. I find it difficult to take lessons in money saving from someone who is paying circa £35/mth for up to 8mb BB, phone line rental with paperless billing, 24/7 calls and a frankly puny 15gb per month download allowance. That is hardly a money saver's wet dream, is it?

Perhaps you could enlighten us with your definition of pyramid selling, I will then promise to watch the video and make appropriate comments.

    pyramid selling scheme
There's a thread on MLM that I started over in Up Your Income where I am trying to explain how network marketing works.

Now, as I am talking about MLM on the Utility Warehouse thread, should I remove my mention of being a distributor for Utility Warehouse or not?

I am a Independent Distributor for Utility Warehouse and any views expressed are mine and not necessarily the company's.

Are you saying all others, or, just using words so that people think it is all other providers?
