Evening!
Horrid day at work. Totally miserable, and want to leave soooo much! Its that bad ive come home with a throbbing tension headache above my eye that wont go away! Its just not worth the stress for £4.45 an hour.
Come home and made spag bol for tea, (well already had the bol premade and frozen
) sorted out letters for scouts on wednesday telling the parents were collecting active kids vouchers - whats the betting none of them bother and we'll end up without enough to get any equipment!
Then i got ambitious and put my newly fixed wrought iron double bed together!:j Nearly fell on me a few times but got there in the end! No more sleeping on the couch for me...!
You'll laugh.. i did have a scary moment when the matress slipped closing the door of the spare room with me inside.... which wouldnt be a problem except there is no handle on the inside of the door!! Thought id be locked in all night and day tomorrow till someone realised i was missing :rotfl: Luckily i managed to prise the door open with my fingertips! Phewy!
Anyway off to make my lunch and stuff for tomorrow...

Gone to bed at 9.30 because I was really tired but am up again because I'm worried I will oversleep tomorrow. Have to be at school for 8.15am to have the Showdown-I mean meeting with DS1's head of year following his exclusion. Great fun with 5 kids. DH is in Manchester for 2 nights and I really miss him.
Happy birthday SMOKYBABE
Belated congrats to MATHfor the award.
Middle son came home from school today with creatures in his hair so have had a fun evening with the tea tree conditioner and the nit comb. Why does it always make your head itch while you de louse.
Made a lovely macaroni cheese for dinner. Kids ate every scrap and nobody complained. Baby girl sat on my lap feeding herself from my plate much to the amusement of her bigger brothers and sister.
Horlicks is cold enough to drink now so I'm going to try to get back to sleep. Sorry have only skimmed the thread. Hope everyone is OK.0 -
