  • A cornflower blue Jigsaw linen summer dress. One of the slightly A line knee length style for £3.00. Has been put straight into one of my summer clothes storage bags.
A minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.

Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels.

fudgesmoothies - don't know where you are in WS but I've heard Bognor is pretty good. I do go to Chichester occasionally but never had any real bargains. Are you able to get to East Hampshire easily?

I've not been to Bognor so may try that some day, i find the same with chichester. I do drive but probably wouldn't drive somewhere far out just for the sake of charity shops, especially with the pricing round here!

You probably live too far from Bexhill in East Sussex. That must probably be the Queen of towns on the South coast for charity shops! . There must be about 15 of them in the High Street and the adjoining road!

I'll bear that in mind if i'm ever over that way, thank you!

I'm a happy camper. One small Manor Green oil jug, 50 pence, bourne basestamp. (1945-1950s.)

It didn't say Denby, so they didn't reckon it was exotic.

I tucked a bit more into their collection tub as they were generous with the wrapping paper. It's old newspaper to them, it's home in one piece to me!

fudgesmoothies - just remembered I stopped off in Midhurst on my way to Gatwick for coffee & they had some nice CS there. Didn't have enough time for a good browse though but it might be worth a look for you if its not too far.
Small victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle

    MoaningMyrtle - fab bargain.

DigforVictory - I'd have pegged it as Denby too.
I have some bargains that I know are Denby even though they have no backstamp at all.
    I feel your joy. :T

I got a F&F denim skirt yesterday at the RSPCA shop for £3, I have been looking for one for ages, I wanted it to be knee length, not flared, not too rigid, no splits front or back and no buttons down the front, this proved hard to find.
