In a posh town its likely that the previous owners just got bored of the items, so if you bought all 3 in good condition then £27 is worth it. (Not a fan of designer goodies myself, but each to their own).My finds were a bit pricey. Local or me posh small town, good donations but they charge heavily.six charity shops or so to browse.
Nicole Farhi navy knee length very fine sleeveless knit top/ dress.£12 eek I know!
Jaeger black and camel wool stripped dress- more of a top for leggings for a tall un like myself.£10 very cosy, wore it yesterday.
Silky jersey short sleeve top in cream and blue with sort of bronze fabric at cuffs and neckline.looks good under the above navy top.£5
So, £27 spent on three items, not my best bargains but good quality clothing.
Was in Eltham earlier (for the uninitiated, this is the exact opposite of posh) - bought nothing, and found the other shoppers quite rude tbh.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Just a quick update: I had this item engraved a few weeks ago and jeweller made a point of saying what good quality the piece was, not like the usual cheap ones he gets! I was them told that it was a specialist job so needed to be sent away, cost a lot more but was worth it.VfM4meplse wrote: »some amazing heavy silver plated cylindrical certificate holders for just £2.99 each (usually retail at £40+)Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Hiya,
it sounds as tho you aren`t too far from me? Could I recommend Brix Mission charity shop in Chatterton Road Bromley Common.( BR2 9QQ) I think you`d love it. Also another one in Southborough Lane near Petts Wood( Animal charity shop) which is called Last Chance @ 213 Southborough Lane BR2 8AT0 -

2 very lucky finds for my sons today, in Hereford.
Superdry safe green t shirt for older son.
Younger son started football lessons last night and, in the same shop, was a Man Utd football shirt, £3.50!0 -
Not mine but my cousin she bought a vintage handbag for £2 sent it to the assey office in Portsmouth and found it was worth £600 at auction. She has an handicapped daughter and she is a full time carer she uses any money from CS bargains to take them both away occasionally.0

Fab, I'm sure I read pink pyrex is worth lots of money now. I've had a few lovely bits of vintage pyrex over the last few months, my favourites being a huge Cinderella mixing bowl for £1.99 and a set of four mini casserole dishes, also £1.99 both in Barnados.
I did have a browse this weekend, absolutely nothing

Not CS but CBS bargains, Weedol and SBK weedkiller totally unopened for 30p - would normally sell at around £15 for the two. Nivea shaving gel and moisturiser boxed £1.80 - usually around £10. Foot soak and lotion sealed 25p the two. Two small manicure sets unused £1 (I have problem nails and like to dot emergency aid around car, shed, etc.). Large Corning casserole dish/microwave browner £1. All will get good use and I was over the moon!Solar Suntellite 250 x16 4kW Afore 3600TL dual 2KW E 2KW W no shade, DN15 March 14
