My local hospice chazza shop had been given a huge donation of brand new Avon cosmetics and toiletries. All priced at 30p each. Got 8 bottles of nail polish and several lipsticks.

(Now sporting a mixture of blue, green and purple toenails :rotfl:)0 -
Two Suffolk towns, two charity shops....
1) Harleston St Elizabeth Hospice woman's pink duffle coat, 70% wool, 15% cashmere £18.00. Hardly worn.
2) Beccles Save the Children, man's waterproof coat £199.99. Seriously! Looked new.
Which one did DH and I buy?
How much????
Did you notice what make it was?
Actually, if it were me, I'd have the pink duffle coat for myself and let the OH get wet. :rotfl:

Well, I did have the pink coat but he got a brand new waterproof, half price in Edinburgh Woollen Mill's sale, so poor love didn't get wet. No I didn't notice the brand, DH did but can't remember; I think we were just stunned into submission. Beccles has a little bit of the "converted worker's cottage in the country, well, it's three knocked into one or where would one put the nanny?" set. So maybe they thought it might catch the eye of someone dropping off their cast off gumboots (wellies to thee and me).How much????
