Nothing at the car bootie today - not many people there as the weather was carp! Went with my friend for a coffee & spotted a CS opposite & got some sailing trousers for £4.45. - one happy little bunny!Small victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle0

Didn't buy anything today, saw a lovely Animal cross body bag for £3.50 but it was camouflage coloured, and I just don't think I'd have used/worn it with any of my outfits, so was good and left it for someone else.
Did donate a few items though.A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0 -

I made my second lot of five bags today and dropped them in. They take about 10 minutes each, tops, and are no-sew. We think they're a great way to upcycle shirts which would otherwise be sold to the rag man

Its been a while since I posted on here but recently i got:
large pair of linen/cotton retro curtains with linings £3. going to use these to line some wicker baskets I have.
2 x serving bowls, 2 x casserole dishes, flan dish and legged round serving plate with no sign of wear, denby all for £10!
a very large china tomato shaped soup serving bowl with lid for £5 (I have no idea what I will do with it but I have never seen one so thought what the hell!)
brand new damart cardigan (with placcie packet with button still attached). £3
an egersund casserole dish with lid for £3 (retro and currently being sold on fleabay for £40) and a crinkle chip slicer for 50p.
Hmmm my weakness is homeware, in my house stuff seems to get broken easy!
