thanks kirri - have just used facebook to back-post my previous complaint and also my current one (can't place order cos i'm over my credit limit - took 3 calls for them to admit i wasn't, it's a problem with their system, by which time it was too late to sort the mess out for an order for tomorrow - and as i need some of the stuff tomorrow i'd have to split the order so it wouldn't be over £10 so i wouldn't get my free choccies)
will eagerly await a reply
oh - but i did get a £5 goodwill credit for the last debacle - better than nothing i suppose0 -
Oh bottoms - have just checked my Milk and More account, and it looks like they've taken £10 from the bank account. The M&M accounts says "invoice total £10.98, paid £10.00, unpaid £0.98" - it's marked as "part paid". So although there's still a £10.00 credit note on my Milk & More account, my bank account's down
Anyone any suggestions about how I get it back in my bank?
Just a thought - can I fall back on the direct debit guarantee?

"If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by the organisation or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society"
Any ideas?0 -
I have just found this issue myself.
anyone else had a phone call about a trial - something about you order a product thats delivered once a week for 4 weeks and then they credit your account to cover these 4 weeks. Does anyone have more info on this?
I have experience of this... it didn't go well.
Here's my thread on the issue.
I did get my refund, after about 2 months! I asked to speak to a supervisor, who was apparently on another line so had to call me back (I think what they meant was that he was in another country.). I got the money paid into my bank account but not before they tried to credit my account despite my specific requests not to.There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0 -

When I went to my bank about my issue they were useless and said they didn't get involved when it came to special offers etc. There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. my milk&more account has been credited and the offer order (£10.98) is now showing as paid so the credit has come off the actual bill62;)0

If everyone complains on facebook at least the UK office will see the Phillipine call centre isn't working...
I've got my credit back BUT they didn't apply it to my card as I asked, they've put it on the account though it has at least worked this time.
Me too!! so now i have paid 10.85 instead of .85p got a 10 credit on the account and the voucher seems to have rolled onto my next order (that had a refer a friend credit on) so that shows a balance due of -.77p - i will wait to see what if anything gets taken this month and then if the credit still sits there will order goods up to the value and cancel my account - not a good service!!!!Been stupid but have no regrets starting to slowly sort my finances now the kids are growing0 -
mmmm £45 of credit on my account now .... well lets see if they use this or take money.:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:0

I have just called and they said due to the Cadbury cream eggs I cannot take advantage of the £10 off your first order. I am currently disputing this with Milk & More as when I placed the order it showed 1 x Save £10 on your invoice and showed that I only had to pay £0.98p with the tissues and the cream eggs. Shes escalating this with another team however I doubt much would happen, guess I probably can do a chargeback after the money comes out my account as I dispute the transaction.
This is great, it made me laugh. I have only skimmed (milk pun) over your post but see various things mentioned like 'milkandmore' then you move onto 'cream eggs' then it appears you complain that from a £10.98 bill you only expect to pay £0.98.

that's right - people got £10 off their first order over £10, so if the bill was £10.98 they should have only paid 98p. there was also a code for some free creme eggs, which people used at the same time.0 -

Ok, and presumably the creme egg offer and the £10 offer couldn't be used in conjunction?
You need to admit it is taking the !!!! a bit totally taking advantage of the offer by spending only 0.98 over the £10.
It's actually strategically done. This is the kind of thing that !!!!es us off on our site, opportunists :rotfl:0
