ring the head office number and ask for the c/service manager , they are based in england . and it will get sorted ........ but they will rather offer you credit on your account than refund to your card.i didnt have to go this far to get mine sorted but made it clear to the lady at head office i was not happy with the service i got so far. and she said ask for the c/service manager if i have to call back in. but the advisor called me back within the hour and sorted it all . ps by the way also got a email saying we missed u £5 off your next £10 order ..... mmmm will it work lol:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:0

full amount taken from me too and I didn't get the creme eggs, they have passed it over to the credit department to issue me a refund to my bank account. I will be keeping a close eye on my bank for the next week and will be ringing them back next friday if no sign0

Just got invoices for mine and my mum's accounts and both have had the £10 pending credit removed and full price charged, am annoyed, that's another phone call to make now
With the amount of people ringing about the same issue, surely they could have sorted this out.0 -
Just had my invoice too and the initial £10 off has been removed and also my £5 refer a friend credit removed too! They are both listed as pending! They will be getting a very angry call from me at 8am!! This will be the 3rd phone call I have had to make to them now with regards to missing items etc and now this. Will soon have spent as much on phone calls! :mad:0

I've just phoned and they said the £10 will be deducted once the payment goes through... she was adamant that it showing on the account as pending still and not against the invoice is correct.. let's wait and see what is deducted...
The pending credit has now rolled onto the next month so I'm not convinced.. (especially as some on here are getting a credit applied) but it may just be a stupid system they have.
Anyone know where the call centre for Dairy Crest is based, I know someone said it is UK but it doesn't really sound it both times I have phoned.
I was also asked when I put in the code for this offer and I said when I set it up, which was the whole idea of the promotion I thought! The CS staff don't seem to know much about the promotions they are offering...0 -

it's based in the philippines
annoying as that is, at least the people answering do speak reasonable and understandable english
and ringing head office doesn't always work - i got the 'need to check your details.....' brush off and a call back later - from the philippines (though i do seem to have had my problem, which was a technical one, sorted )0 -
i have been sent 8 refer a freind codes but you can only use one per month and the codes are only valid for 30 days
so i rang up to say its unfair as i cant use all my codes they said their supervisor would ring back
no one rang me so i rang 4 hours later and was told they would credit my account with the codes , and they said he was doing it right now and will be on my account within next hour
i kept checking my acoount all evening and i couldnt see anything, i checked this morning, to see nothing had been credited, so i rang up to see whats going on
and they want the names, addresses and account numbers of everyone i reffered so i can use my codes now?!
i feel like ive been accused of fake codes or somthing, the bloke on the phone was worse than useless
i am really unimpressed that they send me codes then im not allowed to use them, then pretty much accuss me of code fraud
i am cancelling my accountMember #64 £2012 in 2012 challenge total so far: £714.54/£20120 -

I thought it was frustrating speaking with them, the English is good enough but there is still that slight issue - I actually thought they sounded a bit American.
I've been looking at their facebook wall and people seem to be getting ok results complaining on there, wonder if that is non UK based as well..
I am still waiting for my invoice to deduct without the £10 credit...0 -
