Ok now I am confused. My £10 wasn't taken off so I rung complained and they have refnded my card, however when looking in my milk&more account there is a credit note stating £10 will be taken from my next invoice.
Do I order £10 worth of stuff and see if £10 is taken of or do I just ignore?
the referal codes end on 30/4 - does the invoice have to be paid by this time or just the order delivered?0 -

The problem seems to be that the £10 keeps rolling on, by the end of the next billing period it will probably roll on again as it constantly shows as pending - I'm sure they are doing something wrong and with all the complaints it's annoying they are not sorting it out... It's a good delivery service but if they don't sort out all the billing queries they will be losing lots of customers..0 -

I have the original £10 still pending, they have refunded my bank with £10 and I also have a credit note for £10 which says under status "credited" the credit note says it will be deducted from my next invoice.0 -
I'm having the same problem. I had £10.98 deducted from my Bank Account and the £10 voucher is 'pending'. Called the CS department who had no idea what I was talking about and will call me back... watch this space!0

I was charged for the creme eggs - on their website homepage it has a "how's our service" poll or something similar so I selected "oh dear" and explained i'd been charged for the eggs. the next day I had a voicemail saying they'd be refunded0

I realise I posted this on the wrong thread the other day. I will now re-post here. By the way I just checked my online bank statement and notice that the £10 has been applied, and the eggs are still free.
My £10 is showing as pending too.
I have spoken to them twice now about this, the first time I called, I was told that the £10 would be credited withn 2 days. I phoned again after 2 days as the credit still hadn't appeared and that the rep told me that I cannot have 2 promotions together. I then said, ok I will pay for the eggs but please re-apply the £10 credit which she said she would straight away. I checked my account and saw a new £10 credit note and the eggs were still listed as £0.00.
The my invoices section now has three entries:
- An invoice for £13.59 without the £10 deducted showing as pending.
- A £10 credit showing as unpaid.
- A £10 credit note showing as credited.
I don't know if the £10 credit note will be taken off the £13.59 invoice however the credit note was issued yesterday (21st) and the payment is due today. (22nd) I also don't know if I will be charged for the eggs but it's fair enough if I do. (however I didn't see that you cannot use two offers in the t&c, maybe I missed it)
I'll keep you updated; I suggest you explain to the rep that your happy to pay for the eggs provided the £10 is credited.

^ I wasn't going to pay for the eggs and lose the credit, they both applied on the order, they were no T&C's showing and they should have both been allowed.
If you call the 0845 number you get the call centre in the Philippines and these people don't seem to know what they are talking about - but if you use the star rating on the website or post on the facebook wall it's the UK office that will get in touch.0 -

i logged on to my account yesterday just to check
they have actually credited my account with £45 after telling me they wouldnt :cool:

This is a total scam, they have taken the codes off and put them into pending saying that they are waiting for the milkman to return to the depot. In the meantime they are charging me for the orders in full.
It's really annoying that they can do this, and think it's OK.0 -

update: whinged on the facebook page and after supplying my account nuumber they have applied a credit note. not sure how this works on the total invoice. have to wait until the 1st of april.
