Anyone got there invoice? i got mine last night (2nd March) and it shows that I owe £10.98 for the tissues they've ignored the fact that I am a new customer.
I have just called and they said due to the Cadbury cream eggs I cannot take advantage of the £10 off your first order. I am currently disputing this with Milk & More as when I placed the order it showed 1 x Save £10 on your invoice and showed that I only had to pay £0.98p with the tissues and the cream eggs. Shes escalating this with another team however I doubt much would happen, guess I probably can do a chargeback after the money comes out my account as I dispute the transaction.

Mine is 7WQ2A1LP if anyone would like to use it.
I got my first delivery yesterday and very happy with the service. Lots of cheese, some spread and Creme Eggs for £0.70.
You will notice my post just above yours, it appears you cannot use the cream egg offer and being a new customer offer at the same time. Although this was not stated when placing the order and I am currently in dispute with Milk & More. You will get charged £10.70 for your order due to taking the eggs offer at the same time.0 -

Take a screenshot of your invoice now as then you can dispute the transaction at a later date which is what I am currently doing.0 -

My invoice is showing as 4.27 - £3.29 for the eggs and 98p for the loo roll but when I ordered it didnt say you couldnt have both offers and it didnt say a final price but did show the voucher coming off. I'm going to complain on monday too.0 -

There is going to be a lot of moneysavingexpert users that are going to complain, as we all assumed we can get both the eggs and the £10 discount. No where it suggested you couldn't do both.
I've already advised milkandmore that I did not agree to the invoice amount but the staff weren't too bothered and they just said that I could not take on two offers. I'm going to do a chargeback for the £10 amount and let the credit card company deal with the issue, not sure if I can do this but assuming I can as the amount is in dispute.
I have to wait till the 8th as thats my invoice date and thats when milkandmore will be taking money out my account.0 -
i rang up to complain that the free creme egg offer hadnt worked for me, and the adviser was a idiot so i said i wanted to speak to the supervisor
the supervisor rang me back about 20 mins later and told me he would credit my account with the creme eggs, and make sure my other codes was applied,
he told me the other codes had been applied on the 2nd of march (on my screen it said they was only pending but their totals had already come off my invoice total)
i logged on to my account an hour later to check he had corrected the creme eggs and it says he credited my account with £18.32 ahahahahaha:beer: but he put it in as compliments from customer services
so lets see what happens on the direct debit day, because it looks like my account will be in credit by £15 :money:
so il be putting in another order
they are actually very competivitively priced too their utterly butterly i ordered last week was cheaper than tescos, i will be using them again definately:TMember #64 £2012 in 2012 challenge total so far: £714.54/£20120 -
Just a further update - since I got no where with the member of staff on the phone in regards to the issue addressed on the previous page I wrote to Customer Services at Milk & More. Logged on to my account today and noticed a £10 customer goodwill credit. So got to say excellent service from Milk & More and will be using them for future purchases.0

I got my invoice , the same as yours , ( the £10 was still showing as pending on my account ) I rang them and advised them my invoice was incorrect, was assured this would be resolved and the £10 would be credited back on to my account so the direct debit would only pull for the AGREEd 98p, was tempted to cancel my DD but i believe setting one up was part of the offer.
Low and behold they have taken £7 odd off me, for some reason they have credited me with the creme egg money again hence it being £7 odd ?? Cunningly on their part my original order does not display on the account, just the pending credit from feb and the invoice from march ? I have rung them again and told them I want it sorting , have again been assured but dont hold out much hope...not sure I will get anywhere with the bank as I say they have been cunning as my original order does not show so have no proof as such0 -
I have just been charged the full amount too! Rang them and I had a non English speaking person tell me repeatedly that I need to place regular orders for the code to be taken off! I am livid but its very hard to be angry with someone who cant undertsand English! I am fuming!
