^ It was a valid offer though ^ it got people using their service and some people will always continue to use it.
Anyway aside from that, they had corrected my account but every time I look they've changed something else on the billing again and now they seem to have taken off the credit so it's showing wrong AGAIN, they have reversed the 2nd credit the UK CS team put on to rectify the problem with the 1st credit being pending but as they haven't sorted out the pending credit (and I have already paid 1 full price invoice) the 2nd invoice is now showing full price too. I will stop using them if they don't correct this.. :mad:0 -

You need to admit it is taking the !!!! a bit totally taking advantage of the offer by spending only 0.98 over the £10.
It's actually strategically done. This is the kind of thing that !!!!es us off on our site, opportunists :rotfl:
yes you could use the codes together. If a company advertises an offer to draw in new customers I don't think its taking the !!!!, times are hard and there's a difference between being an oppurtunist and a bargain hunter.0 -

It's about being fair I think. i would assume 0.98 was the bare minimum that could be spent over £10.00? if so then deep down, it is a bit opportunistic. That's maybe just the way I think though.0 -

no you could have spent less than 98p, just lots of people chose to buy packs of loo rolls that were on offer which came to £10.98 or 98p with the discount.0 -
Oh bottoms - have just checked my Milk and More account, and it looks like they've taken £10 from the bank account. The M&M accounts says "invoice total £10.98, paid £10.00, unpaid £0.98" - it's marked as "part paid". So although there's still a £10.00 credit note on my Milk & More account, my bank account's down
Anyone any suggestions about how I get it back in my bank?
Just a thought - can I fall back on the direct debit guarantee?
Quote from here: http://www.thesmartwaytopay.co.uk/DirectDebitExplained/Pages/DirectDebitGuarantee.aspx
"If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by the organisation or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society"
Any ideas?
Quick update - I headed to the bank today, to check the account and potentially ready to do battle....and it turns out that no payment has been taken from the bank account :j (Yet!)
On "my account" on M&M it says
29-MAR-2012 £ -10.00 £ 0.00 £ -10.00 Credited
27-MAR-2012 £ -10.00 £ -10.00 £ 0.00 Credited
26-MAR-2012 £ 10.98 £ 10.98 £ 0.00 Paid
So far, I can only assume that my initial order is now free, and that I have an additional £10.00 in my M&M account. (Unless next month my bank account gets debited)

My first payment has gone by direct debit to Milk&More. I'd ordered a total of £28.62 worth of stuff (plus the free Creme Eggs) and they have correctly credited me with £10 (introductory deal), £5 (email offer from them) and another £5 (refer a friend bonus). The direct debit was for £8.62.
Good work, Milk&More. This space has been intentionally left blank0
