If everyone complains on facebook at least the UK office will see the Phillipine call centre isn't working...

I've got my credit back BUT they didn't apply it to my card as I asked, they've put it on the account though it has at least worked this time.

This is a total scam, they have taken the codes off and put them into pending saying that they are waiting for the milkman to return to the depot. In the meantime they are charging me for the orders in full.

It's really annoying that they can do this, and think it's OK.

I've had the same - my phone call this morning to them achieved nothing - the CS rep repeatedly told me that they were aware of the problem and only one code could be used at a time - in my case they'd chosen the egg code
I've commented on their feedback bit on the homepage - I'll try the f/b route next! (thanks for the link Kirri :))

I've just had a call from Milk & More as a result of the facebook contact I sent (thanks all for the heads-up) - they apologised profusely, and said that the £10.00 will be honoured, and will be taken off the bill - in my case leaving 98p left to pay. I've just checked my account on M&M, and they've issued a "goodwill credit" of £10.00. So, "my invoices" say
    3/3/12 £ -10.00 Unpaid
    27/3/12 £ -10.00 Credited (Goodwill)
    26/3/12 £ 10.98 Unpaid
So I assume if it says "unpaid" that it hasn't gone from my bank account yet (?) but I'll be keeping an eye open!
They also said that they'll be addressing the "issues" I had with my phone call to customer services, and providing "re-training" - yea, right... is there a smiley for sarcasm?:)

Got £10 goodwill credit to my account as a result of the facebook contact. Checking the details it says "This amount will be deducted from your next milk&more payment". Payment date is April 2 so will see what happens then. They were quick in crediting account(done in an hour) so others having similar issue can follow this route. :)

Yes unfortunately, I was going to order anyway but I'm not particularly happy that they didn't recredit the over charge to my bank account...
