It's a shame that after aaaaaaaaaall this time there still been no feedback or public apology from Shopneo.

From a legal standpoint i guess an apology would in some way be admitting guilt?

Swept under the carpet now and business as usual...

ok ok this explains why i got billed 70 odd quid, from some betting site, about a month back, got every thing sorted at the end,.. going to close account with shopneo,. dont like the fact they never sent a email out warning people,. and the offline card processing is a no go,.

Edit, ive been double wacked with this now im pretty sure my details got leaked thru shopneo,. i must of used my other care ones ages ago, thats y i didnt think to cancel it. this time it was 600 quid,. the joys of plastic,

I suppose it's too late now anyway.

I got a couple of e-mails from them a few days ago. They have added this to the bottom of their e-mails

alanclose, I used PayPal when paying those months ago - probably the one thing that saved me from CC fraud. G

I have used them several times and am on a forum where the owner posts regularly - if this happens the owner is honestly seriously concerned about it and I for one would def have no qualms about using them.

He posted here as well until lots of people lost hundreds and hundreds of pounds because of their weak security and many more of us had to cancel our cards. I wouldn't go as far as justlooking and wish ill on his business but I wouldn't order again which is a shame really because their prices were good and delivery was really quick

Well if he had handled it better let people now what was going on and not just cut his customers dead leaving us to sort out the mess and not knowing what details of ours have been leaked i may have been more understanding. And for me the final insult was his low cost phone number on his web site at the time turned out to be a premium rate number.
