    Yes, Karma, I took the plunge after looking up Team Profit (Cheery is more than welcome to say 'I told you so'!). It's not as complicated as I thought (or at least, the bit I'm doing isn't). And there is an actual video to walk you through the first bet in its entirety - so that's really helpful.

    Late as usual, my DH maintains burnt on crispy bits are the fifth major food group (and his favourite)
    Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)
    OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I am at £1286.68/£3000 or 42.89% of my annual spend so far
    I also Reverse Meal Plan on that thread and grow much of our own premium price fruit and veg, joining in on the Grow your own thread

    It depends on what it is - savoury and I’m  all for burnt on crispy bits, especially mashed potato and cheesy pasta. But there’s nothing like warm chocolatey banana-y soft sponge crumbs!

  • Just wanted to say Hi, been lurking and started reading your diary in Jan, then wasn't on for a while but have caught up to date, you are doing amazingly, and have really inspired me to push myself to get our debts reduced and mortgage paid off.
