    Hi Suffolk lass, where did you see that, I’ve just looked on the gov. Site and it says don’t go out for 7 days if you have symptoms?

    Sorry very dodgy photo! This is what I had read -  also from the gov, website on corona advice, no wonder there is confusion 😱

    I think the other crucial thing about being permitted to exercise outside when one has symptoms is the likelihood that if you don't have symptoms and are out, you must assume everyone else is potentially infected. I bet that would move the cyclists a bit further away from the joggers in the London parks!

    It is rather confusing but there is a document under this link (stay at home guidance from public health England) that also says you can take light exercise outside once you start to feel better.

    Morning all,

     Have been for a walk this morning but turned back as was struggling with walking, talking (to mum on the phone) and breathing. Think it’s just the cough but no point making life harder. So am sitting with a cuppa now, catching up on here and planning the rest of my gentle day. Tiny bits of work are done, don’t think I can do singing with niece today in current state. Some evening class stuff and then some genealogy. Will try some gentle yoga later.

    MS things:
    * work
     * clicks
     * YG survey to do
     * 3rd and final attempt at that fish dhal recipe tonight - split peas are soaking and will boil them before using too.

    Gratitudes:
    * DH cooked a lovely toad in the hole last night
     *DH has not caught whatever I have yet
     * Saw and heard lots of birds on my walk, even if I turned back before the woods
     * Something has eaten the mealworms, but not sure what - have put more out and will keep a close eye on the situation!

     Have a good day all, stay safe and well!
