I upgraded my current Santander ISA to the 2 year fix in branch earlier today and it looks to have updated already for online banking.
As Santander paid the interest on ISA's at the start of the month I would have thought that they would/should have added the due interest immediately? If not when are they likely to pay the interest due?
Thanks in advance.0 -
Both our ISAs have now been transferred from Barclays, had letters from Barclays showing interest up to closure date.
Also had letters from Santander stating that they have transferred x amount from Barclays and that the interest will be calculated from date of closure of account where transferred from...
Hope this helps....0 -

Not really what I am after mate but thanks anyway.
Santander have already paid the interest due up until 3rd March 2012. Since I upgraded the account today I thought they would pay the interest due from 4th March until today.0 -

The additional interest should show as added on your Internet banking the next day. Not sure if it makes any difference that tomorrow is Saturday in your example but check tomorrow and if no joy the it should definitely show on Monday.0 -
Well, I've finally received my welcome email following several days of silence (they must be busy), confirming opening of new ISA account (assume no further ID checks?). Would I also receive a welcome pack in the post?
Thanks
I don't remember a reply to the above. If I should also receive a welcome pack, it may have been intercepted, in which case I'll need to report it.
Also, I noticed my Halifax ISA disappeared from my accounts but not yet seen the funds credit my Santander ISA. How many days in transit should it take?0 -
