Edinburgh lass is correct, surely you have heard about : https://www.e7even.com who are offering a very similar deal !! Are they connected??
PS. Just looked at both websites. Both companies based in Kent, & Customer Services numbers are both 0870 224 ****. Looks as though they might be!"0844 COSTS YOU MORE"0 -
Contacted Euro1net and asked them. They state they are NOT connected with any other company !! But even their web page had similarities with E7even, but perhaps I am being too suspicious. Are there any satisfied customers of Euro1net out there ??"0844 COSTS YOU MORE"0

euro1net.com is also accepting free migration https://www.euro1net.com/migration.html
not sure if e7even.com does the same.
If one doesn't want to sign for 2 years to get the free connection then will it be possible to sign with isp like virgin.net (free connection/modem/activation/no 12 months contract) just for a month and then migrate free to euro1net.com and sign for 1 year?0 -

I emailed them and they replied very quickly stating there is no 12 month contract and that the connection fee and modem are not returnable if you leave. There is a 30 day cancellation period which seems standard anyway. I'm guesing they are confident you won't want to leave!0

I just used the email form and where it asks for a Virgin.net email I put something like notavirginnetcustomer@virgin.net. They also asked for a contact email address in the form so I put my current one in and also mentioned in my message that the virgin email address was not valid. They replied very quickly to both my emails.
Their support address is just support@virgin.net. That's where their reply came from and when I replied to that it worked.0 -

Please help. I'm so confused about which broadband to get. Even more confused after looking on adsl and this website! I can't get ntl in my area, heard bad things about tiscali. Seems ukonline may be good . . ? I've got an ibook and looking to use it to download music etc but really can't spend too much monthly. I know its all subjective but I'm so lost that I'd really appreciate some nontechnical advice!0 -
I know what you mean malt, I was the same when looking the other week, the more info you read, the less you know!
I would guess that in terms of reliability do a comparison on the adslguide website with a couple of lots of 6's and get a feel for the reliability. Also note the customer services of them in case something goes wrong. I judged them by their websites too, there was one that you couldn't see the terms & conditions without clicking to order! So that one was out. Then it's a case of the speed you want (does it really matter that it's top speed, is it really worth the extra money to you?) and the amount you want to pay - you might choose simply on price or you might go for a higher costing one that is highly recommended. I think that there are a few that in fact are fine otherwise we'd hear a lot more about it than the odd glitches here & there. Don't know if that helps or not! I went with adsl4less because of price, I decided not to go for faster speed, I can always upgrade later, also they are a montly contract, I didn't want to be tied in for a year with a company I wasn't sure about.Torgwen.....................
