:jHi. My daughter was told she had to take out a ppi plan when she got a business loan from Natwest. She has since gone bust and I presume the bank have claimed their loan back from the ppi. The thing is she was definitely led to believe that without the ppi in place she could not have the loan. Has she any redress in respect of claiming mis-selling even though the ppi has probably paid out????0

Hi Please help me with what i do next!
I recently rang Lloyds TSB regarding if i have ppi on an old Loan and Credit card and they said yes "this i was unaware of purchasing" so i made my complaint, a week later i recieved an acknoledgment letter, 2 weeks after this a supprised phone call asking why i am complaining in which i explained, 6 weeks later i have now recieved another letter saying they are sorry they have found insufficient evidence of it being miss sold and are unable to uphold my complaint.
Please can someone advise what i should do next
Thanks X0 -
Hi,
Advice please ....
Can I claim missell of PPi on the basis that the lender did not inform me that PPI was available thru alternative (possibly cheaper) sources or that it failed to discuss alternative products such as life insurance?0 -
Hi All, after several friends successfully claiming back ppi, I am now looking to pursue a few banks myself..
I took out a personal loan with Firstplus for a very large amount back in 2003 of which I finally paid off two years ago..
Has anyone had success with Firstplus? My payments were in the region of £650pm and secured against my property...again not one hundred percent sure if I took out PPI....
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.0 -
Could somebody please look at this and tell me if it is right or should I refer to FOS..
Received my goodwill letter today, 8wks up Mon.
My existing loan has 12mths left from 84 mths and relates back to all my previous ones so I just sent ppi claim for this one and asked for all others to be taken into consideration with supporting paperwork.
Had life insurance and stay at home mum sometimes with part time job, so no need for ppi.

I have never used a forum before so I'm not sure if I'm doing this right! Apologies if this has already been asked. I have checked all the FAQs but can't find the answer to my problem - I don't have any account numbers for my loans, and as they are over 6 years old an Experian report won't list them. I can't start the ball rolling with reclaiming my PPI as I need the account numbers for the first template letter. What should I do? Any advice much appreciated.0
