    Hi
Do you mean a reclaim questionnaire complaint?

There is one here, if you've not done this yet, remember to keep a copy for your records too, good luck.

Hi, I can't remember what i had so i got a free report from experien, some of the companies I am not sure what i had with them. mixture of loans, credit cards, mail order, virgin media is included, and a mortgage.
have no idea if i have ppi on any of them, or which ones to claim on. will be a nightmare finding the paperwork (i am crap at filing). I havent said yes to ppi for a long time so no idea if any of them apply.

    Hi

If your not sure if you had ppi or not, you could contact the business directly, if any of them were a local bank, call in and they should be able to check for you by using your bank account number.
Even if the loans were elsewhere, the bank you repaid the loans in will have the details on via bank statements.

Account numbers of the loans will be enclosed on statements, next to the loan monthly repayment, also the name of the lender.

    Hope this helps, good luck.

    Hello there

The FOS have suggested this avenue to many who have been in the same position as yourself here, and they will check what liabilities the insurer/underwriter also had when the policy was sold to you, if they are found to have been involved, then the FOS will ask them to compensate you.

    Good luck.;)
Remaining hopeful! Will keep you posted
  • I've also just had an uphold with MBNA - £2400!

Got in from work to find a letter from MBNA, expected it to be an acknowledgment of the complaint but it was a letter informing of the uphold, and I will get the cheque within 28 days! :)

This was from a 2008 online application

I would fill it in if I were you and then you know they have everything they need.

Hi, when you come on a thread it should show at the top left corner
" first unread" if you click on this it will take you to the last thread you have not looked at yet, you can then scroll down to find any answers that have been made to you :D
No doubt someone will come on and tell you an easier way :rotfl::rotfl: but that is how I do it :p

Credit card redress is different to loan redress.
With a card they sometimes only pay redress for the past 6 years unless you have proof of PPI paid previous to this, have they give you a breakdown of how they did this and why was this a goodwill gesture?.

What do you mean by the balance not going down?.
When you make a payment after the interest has been taken off the remaining payment should reduce the balance, did you cancel the PPI or are they still charging you this?.
  • Hi

This is my first post and iv no idea if im in the right place or doing the right thing.
Iv paid a company to reclaim my ppi but i now want to do the claims myself, the company has done some work by preparing alot of letters for me to send to the several companies involved.
How can i get my deposit back from this company or have i lost my money?
