    Hi Adam

You will need to ask them for a breakdown if successful, they do normally send these and enclose what you have paid of the PPI to each account and interest.

Another way really would be to request for your paperwork under a Subject access request (SAR).

However, with a few of mine, (Lloyds) they did actually email me back with a list of loans taken out with PPI) free of charge, which may save on doing a sar request.

    Super thanks :)
    Thanks,
    Adam.
  • Thanks guys, do I just the SAR to the branch?

Financial ombudsman service (FOS) who are a free service for these types of complaints, if the business you complain to does not resolve in your favour by a final given decision, then you can complain to the FOS, the business should enclose the details with a leaflet of the FOS in the final decision.
    (if eligible).;)

Send the SAR letter to the address I provided for you earlier.
F.O.S. is just the acronym we use here when referring to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
When you find out whether you had loans with PPI (or not), go to this link and look for reasons for mis-sale

Lloyds TSB this if for isn't it? just making sure lol.:D (to save me scrolling back on posts).

Lloyds have many addresses, and it appears that most send a SAR request to the addy below.

    Send to
    Copy Statement Unit
    Lloyds TSB plc
    Swallow House
    10 Swallow Street
    Birmingham
    B1 2AL

I would also suggest to post by using signed for/recorded delivery as well.

    Good luck.:)

Send them a Subject Access Request (SAR) letter and see what comes back:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1475553

It costs £10 and may (or may not) list loans older than six years ago. It's your call as to whether it's worth the £10.

    Send to
    Copy Statement Unit
    Lloyds TSB plc
    Swallow House
    10 Swallow Street
    Birmingham
    B1 2AL

  • Hi
I have a question regarding the PPI, I have had a company called Life Style Money on the phone who claim that some credit card companies and load companies (including Mortgages) charged PPI by adding it on the interest without your knowledge and the only way to get this back is to let them handle it for you.
I paid PPI once on a credit card for about 3 months before I noticed it listed as PPI in fact and I always keep an eye on "other charges"
Is it true that credit companies could hide these charges?
