I am giving Mr Hinge a list of orders and will supervise from the sofa ;) first on the list was a cuppa tea after he had delivered the Hinge's to school :rotfl: was very tastey the mouthful I managed to drink before my manky hands poured the rest down my top :( Master Hinge offered me his drinking beaker so I don't spill it "illy mummy, be more carfulllllllll, it's hot hot hot is will burneeeeee" :o

I think the fact he had to help me out of bed and to the toilet at 4am had made him realise I'm not to be messed with today

Really sorry about this Mrs H.

I suspect this happened because the first refund was so close to the annual review. The system does highlight this, though, so the advisor who put the £150 through should've been aware.

No excuses. We did it wrong.

How would you like us to put it right Mrs H? Do you want to send us the £150 back straightaway or would you like to include it in your Monthly Direct Debit payments?

If it's included in the Monthly Direct Debit, it can be spread over the next few months. Would mean higher monthly payments until cleared though.

Alternatively, you can send it back through our website, by phoning with a credit/debit card or we can arrange for a one off payment through the Direct Debit arrangement.

Sorry again for messing up and hope you're feeling a bit better soon.
