I can assure you I am not "" Peter "

The particulars of the claim are that I parked a vehicle on land belonging to UKCPS without a valid permit and by parking on this land a driver contractually agrees to pay a charge of £100 for use of space. The amount remains unpaid and stands at £150 inc costs. The claimant claims interest under section 69 of the county courts act 1984 at the rate of 8% a year etc etc

Well, you can understand the cynicism, on two threads we are busy taking the P out of UKCPS and Peter when out of the blue and for the first time in weeks a new member comes in saying there's a claim made against him... by UKCPS...

But really, what you need to do is PM me so that we can deal with this off the forum so UKCPS can't eavesdrop...

It's fairly clear that the claim won't hold any water, don't worry. Peter Haswell is going to have it rammed down his throat... as per usual.

Contact me so I can confirm to everyone that you're kosher.

And the mazz case was posted within minutes of these posts and says 'I have just come here thru moneysavingexpert':

And this poster here said this:

Hello everyone , I yesterday received a Northampton County Court Form from UKCPS, it has a circular stamp on it but it looks part of the same print as the form is printed on ,if you know what I mean,

And mazz said this within minutes, on pepipoo:

''We thought it was a fake coz the stamp on the claim form was printed on - instead of an actual stampy stamp - but after reading thru some of the posts on here and seeing some other scanned in claim forms it looks like it must be legit.''

And in any case, this whole MSE thread belongs to the OP and has been hijacked!

First thing to do is acknowledge service.

What he days about particulars of claim is basically it with a bit of waffling.
