if i scan the form all my details are on there, it is just a form from the Northamton Court with claim no and amounts i dont really want to post this up on an open forum if you know what I meam?0 -
Yes, what exactly is this "claim" for? Did you have any communication with anyone at any point?
Sorry Timbo but as actual claims are rarer than hens teeth, there are always some doubters... I am not saying you are a ringer... but please don't do the hit and run they normally do, so don't be offended. If it is real, then pm me and we can carry on with e mail. If its real then it will be dealt with with the usual contempt we show these twerps.
If it's just Peter, then... nice try.0 -

The particulars of the claim are that I parked a vehicle on land belonging to UKCPS without a valid permit and by parking on this land a driver contractually agrees to pay a charge of £100 for use of space. The amount remains unpaid and stands at £150 inc costs. The claimant claims interest under section 69 of the county courts act 1984 at the rate of 8% a year etc etc0 -
Well thanks a lot I come on here for advice and get told I'm a ringer.. I have followed all the advice on here and it seems I am going to end up in court anyway
