    Good advice I will be on the phone as soon as they open, surely this is against some sort of law to forge county court forms with a spurious stamp??

    Thats what makes me think it could be genuine

    Could you post the particulars of the claim? will be a white box typed.

    They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

    Well thanks a lot I come on here for advice and get told I'm a ringer.. I have followed all the advice on here and it seems I am going to end up in court anyway
