Does that look durable? Would we have to bring it in in winter? I have never bought garden furniture. It's pretty but I don't want to buy something that will not last very well. It's for our small north garden, just for morning coffees when the herb garden is planted. The style would look good there we think....

:rotfl: Ooooops. Glad it's not just me that can do things like that, CTC.

:T:T:j:j:T:T:beer::beer: for Mrs Rhiwie. What a relief for you, rhiw.

LIR - Is the area where you want to put the furniture sheltered from strong winds? I ask because anything "lightweight" around here ends up half way over to Rhiw if the wind really gets up.
I've never had steel furniture outside (ours are either wood or iron) so don't know how it would get on overwintering outside, sorry.

Congrats with getting your Dad sorted, alfie. Hope you soon find somewhere right for him.

 Should be fine then as long as it's on a hard surface & not on grass.

Good news for Mrs R :jand alfie's pa:T

Good news too if you're at the stage of having a table & chairs for the garden, lir. I only ever sit down out there when I'm barbecuing! :rotfl:

Not much to report here. DW is up in Brum watching DD1 in a play and I'm holding the fort, which today seems to be mainly watering and feeding things.

There's no way I'm going to beat my earlier record of a tomato on 9th June, but at least things are growing well in the poly now.

Outside, we have a nice, cooling wind, which the sheep must appreciate. They're due for shearing soon. Far from giving trouble, they're spending a lot of time just laying down. :D
