Morning lovelies!
Been having laptop problems so it's been in the shop, it's fixed but they don't know how, seems I have a very temperamental laptop, you can tell it's mine then!
Got lots of flying to do today, will be having a good clean and tidy of most areas, and another cull of stuff so i'm not taking it back to the new house, only 2 weeks 3 days before I move back in, and I cannot wait! The house barring one drainpipe and a security light is pretty much finished so in all honesty I can't see it being another 2 weeks but the council don't work like normal people so who knows what the hold up will be, it's looking gorgeous though.
Need to go into town for car tax but can't go first thing as I would like cos I'm ordering littley some One Direction tickets for next March? Who sells tickets a year in advance? they either won't still be together or she'll have gone off them, and she can't go with just her friends so I'll have to go with her *yawn* what a conanyway after the rate of knots they sold out last time I probs wont even get any so cue one happy pre-teen today ha ha ha x

Morning all!
Not sure what I will get done over the weekend but I will not give up, that's for sure!
The bathroom and kitchen look lovely, I bought some Bar Keeper's Friend in the week - my sink has never been so shiny - I'n not overdoing it though! 3 loads of washing on the line, another one in the machine and another couple to do - should get those done and out before we go to dog no 2's training classes later - boy has he got a surprise in store! He's our second beagle but nothing like his elder 'sister' - she's very easygoing whereas he's had lots of homes and has 'issues' - so professional help is welcome! We took our eldest to the same classes so the trainer knows what she's letting herself in for.
Shower then Mr T's next - hope everyone has a lovely Saturday - now my washing is out the sun has gone in! No rain forecast though.:j Almost 2 stones gone! :j
:heart2: RIP Clio 1.9.93 - 7.4.10 :heart2:I WILL be tidy, I WILL be tidy!

I prefer yours to mine, George had done Something Horrid next to the (clean) litter tray, and helpfully covered it with a pile of nail gun thingies.
DW on, WM on. Huge amounts to do inside and out
Happily not that sore after yesterdays walk which is brilliant. I can beat this stupid illness

Sore head this morning Valli? What were you on last night?:rotfl::rotfl:
I'm more jealous than anything - alcohol is something I've given up for Lent!
2 washloads done - second one to go out - I have then to hit town with the DD's - pressies need to be bought for DS (20 on Tuesday), DD2 needs to catch up on last Photography project which was started in her absence and the girls want a mooch.
I also have a very large cheque to pay into Savings account as we got settlemnt on F-i-Law's estate last month. We are now officially mortgage free! Tempted to grab passport and hit open road(only kidding!):jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

now how on earth do you think we would have made that connection:think:
I managed to cook up three tubs of mushrooms with some ham and cream last night, and have frozen it this morning. I may have to shift some stuff back to the shed freezer that I was busy emptying. But at least that is some food that won't go to waste. I'm hoping I'll have the energy to deal with all of it over the next few days and will at least have plenty of quick meals for when I'm travelling next month.
Managed to get a bit of sleep last night which was lovely, and will try to get more today. I think the new pills might be starting to work, although my voice is still non-existent. OH talked to my parents and the GP yesterday... My parents can no longer hear me, although my dad might just be able to if he puts his hearing aid in
ETA - congrats on the MF status CY :j0 -
Morning all.
I have lots of washing to do today. One load done and on the airer, another on the go. Looks a bit iffy out so think I'll keep it all inside unless Mr Sun comes to visit.
embb did you get One Direction tickets? DD (15 tomorrow) and I were all ready for the 9am kick-off, as was her friend... we didn't get any but her friend did... cue shrieking and crying and jumping up and down  It took her an hour to calm down
I need another :coffee: Plan today is to fly this morning then I'm meeting a friend for a cuppa in the village this afternoon for a good old natter. Then I need to pick up a few bits, come home and make DD's birthday cake (she's out all day) and wrap her pressies.

Morning all!
Belated Happy Birthday to AJ and congratulations on the new status to CY. I know there was more, but my memory is really poor at the moment. Must drink more water!
It's been a mixed week. Not felt too good and spent a lot of time researching options for a medium to long term plan to get out of teaching. It's taking shape.
If there are any accountants around, could you let me know your views on the AAT qualification?
Flying has been limited to the dailies and the house elves still hadn't done their bit when I got up today, so I'd better get on with something. So far I've chilled with DS2 and sorted breakfast for us before collecting a parcel from the post office. Since then I've caught up with various internet-related things.
I'm going to try for two HHCs back-to-back, followed by lunch (while sorting budget for March) and another two HHCs. After that DS2 and I need to do some shopping, either in town or more locally.
DS1 won't be in a good mood today. He had started to work part-time on the market and lost his job after only two days because the stall holder was caught selling stolen goods, leaving both DS1 and his friend without a job.
OK, I'll stick the kettle on for some herbal tea and set the timer for my first HHC. Be back later.0
