I'm not say pay up but be prepared cause they do take to court and do win I know. From now on I won't park in disabled bays it's changed the way I behave and my outlook on parking on yellow lines and blue badge bays.

And bumping up such an old thread too - ignore is old advice - it seems co-incidental if you just filed a defence that you did not have a blue badge - no wonder you lost! - Strange also the fact the parking companies seem to think they can ignore their legal liabilities under the Equality Act, have no legal powers of inspection for blue badges as the scheme does not operate on private land.

We have seen posts by 1dai before. Always new posters, who join just to say they lost and they won't do it again. PPC troll anyone?

My thoughts exactly - especially with the high profile of disability discrimination at the moment and PPCs

TBH your post doesnt actually sound that convincing, the guy you mentioned is a HR person for ukcps,

Exactly, its normally Hasbeen that does the court cases, not someone like this

Smacks of yet another Hasbeen attempt to stir the pot. This is exactly what happened last time. Resurrected old thread with a story that almost mirrors what 1dai is saying.

Its a shame, Peter, that you've yet to twig that the game has moved on - some distance.
