UKCPS court action

Set judgement aside, make a counterclaim.
PM sent.
Also shows that Haswell's CCJ list consists of defaults rather than defended claims.0 -
I agree. He is excellent at getting default judgments. It seems a strangely high proportion of his victims do not get the paperwork.
He doesn't do so well when it actually goes to a hearing, though...........0 -
Have you received anything from the courts at all? Have you moved recently?
Sneaky little !!!!!!!0 -
He certainly does seem to get the majority of his "wins" as defaults!
Alexis will sort this out for you. It isnt hard to get the judgement overturned.
It shows what a sly person he is and that their staff are born liars.
I would like a photo of him if anyone has one as i need to a target for air rifle practice!!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
How does he put claims in without the recipient receiving them? (I note your comment that you did receive some letters from them, you haven't moved since?).Je Suis Cecil.0

In think we would need to see some proof first, post up your case numberHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

I don't think you would expect anything other than disinformation from this PPC. There are 6 judgments which appear to have been obtained following a hearing; but are pretty historical, so would appear to be the only cases he has managed to win where contested. We obviously don't know what sort of defence was put up (if any was) and the defendants don't seem to have had any "forum help" as they are listed as "in person" and could have been stooges, though of course I doubt we have any evidence either way.
This is followed by a list of 21 cases he has "won" recently. They are ALL default judgments, though he fails to point that out; to an untrained eye they might look like "real" victories and that is presumably what the intention is.
Bizarrely, the last one was against a Limited Company! How was he hoping to persuade a District Judge that a Limited Company was driving a motor vehicle? The mind boggles.
Obviously there is no list of the cases which he lost.0 -

Can see where you are coming from, Vax, but as Alexis is dealing with it it's in capable hands. There is a case up on UKCPS website identifiable as this one; but I am sure the possibility of a you-know-what will be considered! I am helping another one of the list who is making an application for set-aside. Yet another case of the blithering idiot suing the registered keeper instead of the driver.0 -
Hello there guys I have also received the 10 day notice before court action letter after receiving a letter about a parking infringement I was not issued a ticket for and hadn't been in said area.
Do I just ignore it or reply with I shall have my day in court style letter?

I would just ignore it. There is no point in getting into any correspondence as they will not take a blind bit of notice of anything you say.0
