  • dream on, Kite, as without evidence as to who the driver is there isn't even a prima facie case.

Not even a carpark cowboy is going to be that stupid.
  • Hi
Just when I thought it had all gone quiet......
Got the 10 Day Notice before Court Action letter this morning.

Such things as court fees, CCJs, the possibility of a Bailiff along with several other options including raiding my hard-earned at source are listed.

No specific numptys name on this one, its collectively from the legal department en masse.

Presume I still give it the contempt it deserves??? :)

Lots of bluff and bluster, just continue to ignore. But if they do issue proceedings then come back to us.

I doubt if the company has a "legal department". It's just Hasbeen with another hat on. On the last couple of occasions he has appeared in court he made such a mess of it that he became a laughingstock. It just shows he has no legal training at all. He's just a glorified tea-boy.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
  • They just can't get around the legal deficiencies in any case they try to bring. In particular if you haven't and don't admit who was driving there is no way they can get it past first base. Thickos like him don't seem to grasp that.
  • Just like abouve, i thought it had all gone quiet....

i was advised by a member of staff at my university whilst i was dropping of my protfolio for submission to park in the parkin area, as it was empty and i was not going to be there very long
when i returned i had attached a cheap ukcps parkin fine.
i read advice and ignnored everything from them and didnt even looking on their website, but i recently recieved a 10 day court notice like the one above...

    should i just ignore ???

isit likely that it will progress to court hearings?

  • and it's their latest scare tactic. All these companies threaten stuff like this. You have far more chance of winning a lottery jackpot than of losing a case to those d*cks; and if they haven't got any info on who was driving (edit your post to remove first person narrative) then you will win the Euromillions six weeks in a row before they take any money off you.

To anyone with these new letters, could you help update the letters again on the top thread please? Send a pm to Crabman the thread starter, with pics of each letter and he will make sure they are anonymous before he shows them on the thread.

We used to have them but the photobucket links just lapsed I think.
