    Hiya

Thanks as usual Fred, and well done Bendy for SOTW!

I can finally put my decorating tools away - everything that needs painting has now been painted. The stair fence still needs to be put back together again, which I'll do in the morning, and then I will have FINISHED DECORATING!!!!

I replaced one plank of the 'fence' this morning and had to take it off and start again twice! I hope the rest of it isn't as complicated.

I'm also celebrating because I was offered a job today - YIPPEE!

    Hey Everyone,

Congratulations on the job offer Lois! :j

Well the diet is going well, the exercise is going well... and the green tea still tastes like carp! I don't usually drink any kind of tea, or even hot drinks for that matter, so I'm finding it a bit of a hassle at the mo. There are supposed to be so many health benefits from drinking it though, so I'll persist! :A

Fred, can you add 10 km for biking today and yesterday please. I've also just done 30 mins on the free step programme on the Wii Fit - 3198 steps - no idea what that equates to?

I've not been on free step for a while and found it quite a workout! The step raiser thingy makes it a lot tougher, I'd definitely recommend it for anyone that uses the wii fit board regularly.

Thanks for the thought Beanie :), I've tried it both ways, but neither tastes great! I guess it is better cold though, as it goes down a lot quicker, lol!

Just adding another 8 km on the bike. Got another holiday coming up (we're leaving the kids at home this time!) so that's helping to spur me on this month :)

    Hi everybody,

Just to say that I have completed the three set triathlons through biking and gardening miles.

I did continue to record more mileage from the same activities up until yesterday but due to forgetting to record my gardening time, I've lost motivation and need a new approach. Furthermore, my weight is currently higher although by this Wednesday, it could be the same as last?

    Hi!

Weigh in this was a loss of -1lb. exercise up to today. level1 30 day shred X5 (thankfully not feeling so bad now but really hoping my sports bra arrives soon! Jumping jacks without one hurt!) Total of about 2hours walking and 10mins swimming (all the swimming i could manage at the pool yesterday with my 3kids and husband to look after! I think that s it. If there is any more i will add it later! Hope everyone else has had a good week!
